You will have the opportunity to:

  • Improve your confidence in recruiting and retaining disabled staff
  • Meet the businesses who already employ disabled people
  • Find out what resources are available and meet the Jobcentre Plus support team in your area
  • Improve your understanding of the legal context and the Disability Discrimination Act (DDA).
  • Receive practical easy to digest guidance packs, including material form the Employers Forum on Disability and SHiFT.
